Research Partnerships

At The Center, we view education and research as a collaborative effort between the academic world and corporate partners in which knowledge of human resource practices is extended and the application of this knowledge in organizational settings is achieved. In addition to providing our partners with access to extensive human resource expertise, we also seek to expand our understanding of human resource issues through applied research. Therefore, the Center seeks organizations as partners who are interested in:

• Assisting in the financial viability of the Center by providing grants or funding for specific projects.
• Providing access to research samples by allowing data collection, sites for pilot programs, and opportunities to develop interventions and evaluate results within your organization.
• Participating in human resource research forums to help stimulate research ideas and initiatives.
