Vincent Fortunato, Ph.D., Director, Industrial and Organizational Psychology; Center for Applied Psychological Sciences
Dr. Fortunato is a faculty member in the Boise State University Psychology Department. He received his degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology in 1997 from the State University of New York's University at Albany, taught several years at the University of Southern Mississippi (USM), and was Director of the I/O Psychology Doctoral program at USM from 2002 to 2004.
His research interests include: Organizational Behavior, Job Attitudes, Work Motivation, Stress and Well-being, and Personality in the Workplace.

Mary Pritchard, Ph.D., Director, Health Psychology; Center for Applied Psychological Sciences
Dr. Pritchard is a faculty member in the Boise State University Psychology Department. She received her doctorate in 1999 from the University of Denver, and taught several years at the University of Evansville.
Her research interests include: Body Image and Disordered Eating, Prevention of Obesity, Anxiety, and Depression, and Health Promotion in High-Risk Populations (e.g., Native Americans, underpriviledged children, athletes).

Linda Anooshian, Ph.D., Director, Family Studies Initiative; Center for Applied Psychological Sciences
Dr. Anooshian is a faculty member in the Boise State University Psychology Department. She received her doctorate in 1974 from the University of California at Riverside, and joined Boise State in 1988.
Her past research addressed developmental changes in memory processes and spatial cognition, with a special focus on the diversity of processes underlying specific task performances. Recently, she has attempted to bridge the gap between basic and applied perspectives by addressing the pervasive negative outcomes observed for homeless and poor children. Her current program of research involves developing explanatory models for understanding the consequences of family poverty for different aspects of child development.
